Parking Policy
Parking is available to guests for a fee of $20 per night plus tax.

Check-In & Check-Out Policies
Check-in is available for guests beginning at 3:00 pm every day. If you wish to check in early, you may call ahead and request an early check-in for a fee. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and are based on availability. Guests must check out prior to 11 am on the day of their departure.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid paying a one-night stay penalty, all reservations must be canceled no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any guest who cancels a reservation less than 24 hours before arrival will be subject to a one-night stay plus tax penalty. Group reservations and guests staying longer than 5 days are subject to a different cancellation policy. Group reservations must cancel 30 days in advance or are subject to cancellation fees.

Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at Cardiff Lodge. Service animals are welcome.

Smoking Policy
The Cardiff by the Sea Lodge is an entirely non-smoking property. Failure to comply with our non-smoking policy will result in a cleaning and deodorization charge of $200 - $500 USD, depending on the extent of damage done to the guest room.
